Hurricane Ian has devastated our state last week and we are thankful for the preparation, coordination, and response of the city and county officials. We honor each and everyone who has dedicated their lives to protect, rescue, and help our community. Among the groups of people who has helped our city with or without storms is the St. Pete Beach Emergency Response of the City Fire Department.

The two fire stations that are located along the five mile barrier island community responds to requests for service.
The officers, firefighters-emergency medical technicians (EMTs), firefighters-paramedics, and administrators provide Medical Emergency Response for approximately 10,000 residents and visitors. Also, it provides Fire Protection for over 7,000 properties.
