Beach Yoga in St. Pete Beach

Undoubtedly, practicing yoga brings a lot of benefits to our mind and body. Yoga supports the management of our stress, mental health, quality of sleep, healthy eating habits, as well as the improvement of strength, balance, and flexibility. Aside from creating your poses indoors, here at St. Pete Beach, you can practice yoga at the beach. Doing yoga at the beach can be even more beneficial to you than a regular yoga at a studio. The sun, seawater and sea breeze is Mother Nature’s healing hands on your body and soul.

In 2020, the Salty Yogis by Carlo Che and Tere Terry was born. Salty Yogis offer classes on Flow, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Sunset Yoga. The yogis conduct their classes at Upham Beach in St. Pete Beach.
