School Supply Drive 2023

The City of St. Pete Beach has organized a school supply drive, running from June 1 to July 14, in preparation for the upcoming Back to School Bash event. This collaborative initiative involves the City Hall, the Fire Department, and the Library, all working together to gather essential supplies for students in need. The Back to School Bash event, scheduled for July 29, aims to provide an exciting and positive start to the new school year. It will be a day filled with various activities and where students can also receive the collected school supplies to ensure they are well-prepared for their academic journey.

The school supply drive needs materials, including:

  • backpack
  • pencils
  • pens
  • paper
  • folders
  • binders
  • highlighters
  • crayons
  • markers
  • glue
  • tape
  • notebooks
  • erasers
  • rulers
  • composition books
  • scissors

To facilitate convenient donations, the City has established two drop-off locations for the school supply drive. The first location is St. Pete Beach Fire Rescue, situated at 7301 Gulf Blvd. Their dedicated staff will be available during business hours to accept any contributions graciously. The second drop-off point is at St. Pete Beach Library, located at 365 73rd Ave. The library staff will gladly receive donations from patrons and community members visiting the library.

These locations are strategic to ensure accessibility for residents and visitors alike. By partnering with St. Pete Beach Fire Rescue and the local library, we aim to create a sense of community involvement and convenience for those willing to support the cause.

Your generous donations at these drop-off locations will play a significant role in making the Back to School Bash event a success. Together, we can make a positive impact on the lives of students in need, helping them start the new school year with the necessary supplies and resources.
